Monica Mullen is a Presence coach and has led hundreds of seminars, founded a transformational training center in Italy where she lived for over a decade.  She has a rich background in various spiritual, transformational and experiential systems which began in her mid-twenties and has become her life’s work.

Private coaching packages are available for those desiring a richer, fuller life.  At any stage of life and/or during any physical challenging condition, we all strive to have a deeper and more vital life experience.  Coaching is a supportive guidance, designed to bring clarity, action and more aliveness through observation and feedback. 

A student of QiGong and Somatics, Monica offers the Mindfulness in Motion twice a week. 

She’s being certified also as a Care Doula, assisting people anywhere along the path to improve their quality of life; from initial diagnosis of a serious illness (not necessarily fatal) to one’s final breath.
